Registration begins in the spring of the preceding school year.  Registration is open first to the current students and siblings along with the members of Bethel UMC.  After 1 month the registration is open to the public.  Registration will be taken then on a first come first served basis.  After the school year starts, enrollment is left open unless the class is full.  Registration forms are available for download.  To register your child at Bethel UMC Preschool please complete the registration form and mail it along with the registration fee to Bethel UMC Preschool.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to call.

For your child to be completely enrolled in Bethel UMC Preschool certain information and forms are required.  At the beginning of each school year, each student must have the following information or forms on file in the Preschool Office.

1.  Current  Immunization Certificate.  You may obtain this from your child’s pediatrician or the Health Department.  This form must  be signed.

2.  Downloadable forms - Enrollment form, Student Information form, Emergency contact form, Emergency Treatment release, and Medication waiver.  Print and complete these forms and return them to the Preschool Office.
